Specifications, lead times, and pricing may change when manufacturers update models, regulatory requirements shift, or supply conditions change. If a change materially affects price or timing, Medical & Dental Technology Solutions LLC will notify you and seek written confirmation before proceeding where required by contract.
Equipment projects depend on site readiness, permits, utility work, IT access, and timely approvals. While Medical & Dental Technology Solutions LLC will provide reasonable projected dates, they are estimates. Medical & Dental Technology Solutions LLC is not liable for delays caused by client-side approvals, construction schedules, carrier disruptions, manufacturer backorders, force majeure events, or inaccurate information supplied by the client.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, payment terms, deposits, taxes, freight, and insurance charges apply as quoted. Title and risk of loss pass according to the agreed Incoterms or shipment terms in your order. If amounts due are not paid when required, Medical & Dental Technology Solutions LLC may pause work, hold shipments, or exercise other remedies available at law or in the applicable agreement, including interest on overdue balances where permitted.
Manufacturer warranties apply to products as provided by each manufacturer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Medical & Dental Technology Solutions LLC’s aggregate liability arising from these terms or our services is limited to fees paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event, except where prohibited by law. Medical & Dental Technology Solutions LLC retains rights in its proposals, pricing templates, internal tools, and training materials; client-owned branding and clinical content remain yours. We may reference anonymized outcomes for marketing unless a separate confidentiality agreement prohibits it.
